Whether you’re a candidate presenting in a final-round interview for a job you really want, you’re giving a presentation to your leadership or team, or you’re a business owner pitching to a potential client, your presentation needs to land. The difference between a good presentation and a great one is in the details. Maybe your slides are too dense, you rush through key points, use too many fillers, or struggle to open with an intro hook that grabs your audience’s attention.

Do your run-through with me, so I can tell you what’s working and what’s not. I’ll provide a supportive, honest space with feedback to improve your slides and strengthen your delivery, so you walk in prepared, clear, and confident.

Who presentation coaching is for

This is a fit if one of these scenarios sounds familiar:

Your slides feel too dense, and you're too close to the content to know what to cut.

You rush through key points or run long on parts that don't add value to the content.

You use too many fillers, lose your thread, or struggle to open with an intro hook.

You've practiced but still feel unsure about delivery, pacing, or how you're coming across.

You want a supportive, honest space to do a run-through and get real feedback before going live.

You're preparing for an in-person presentation and want help with how you use the room, hold attention, and read your audience.

  • Slide design suggestions to strengthen visual impact. Specific guidance on how to ensure the slides support your message instead of competing with it.
  • Session recording. Watch the recording back. Catch the moments you didn't notice in real time.

Frequently asked questions

What is presentation coaching?

Presentation coaching is one-on-one preparation for professionals giving high-stakes presentations, whether online or in person. It includes a live working session where your coach reviews your slides and delivery in real time, gives detailed feedback, suggests slide design changes that strengthen visual impact, and helps you with details including a strong introduction, sharpening the message, and ensuring you show up with confidence.

How long before my presentation should I book coaching?

Ideally, at least two to three weeks out to give you time to apply the feedback, edit slides if needed, and rehearse. Coaching closer to the date still helps, especially with the Impact package and a second session as a final run-through. Booking early is also less stressful, so the earlier you can start, the better.

Do you help with slide design or just delivery?

Both. Slide design suggestions are part of every session. Most presentations have at least a few slides that are too dense, off-message, or in the wrong order. We’ll work through flow, what to cut, what to combine, and how to make the visuals support the message instead of competing with it. The actual design work stays with you, but you’ll leave with specific suggestions.

Can you help me with a virtual presentation specifically?

Yes. Many presentations are on video, and the format changes how you need to deliver. We’ll work on the camera-specific nuances: Pacing, eye contact, body language, energy, how to keep your audience engaged when they’re behind a screen, and how to handle Q&A when you can’t read the room the way you would in person.

What about an in-person presentation?

Yes, we can prepare for in-person presentations. The fundamentals are the same: A strong intro, clear message, strong slides, and confident delivery. The differences come in how you show up in the room, how you handle audience eye contact and energy, and how you read and respond to the people in front of you. We’ll prep for either format.

How is this different from rehearsing with a colleague?

A colleague will tell you the presentation was good. They might offer one or two thoughts. They probably won’t tell you the intro is buried, slide six isn’t doing much, your pacing falls off at minute eight, or that the close doesn’t include a call to action. Coaching gives you the kind of specific, supportive feedback most people don’t get from anyone in their professional circle.

Where do coaching sessions take place?

Coaching sessions are via Zoom so you can work with me from anywhere. The session itself is virtual, but the prep is built around whatever presentation format you’re walking into, online or in person.
