Which package or session is right for me?

Start with the role or moment you’re preparing for. If you have an interview coming up, explore the Interview Coaching packages. If you have a high-stakes presentation, that’s where Presentation Coaching fits. If you have one specific issue, like an offer to negotiate or a conversation to navigate, an à la carte session is best.. The 20-minute complimentary consultation is the easiest way to figure out which fits best, especially if more than one applies.

Can I combine an à la carte session with a coaching package?

Yes. Many clients book a package and add an à la carte session for a specific need. We’ll talk through what makes sense in your consultation.

How quickly can we start?

Most clients begin within one to two weeks following their consultation, sometimes faster if there’s an interview or presentation on the calendar and schedules allow. Booking early is also less stressful, so the sooner we can connect, the better.

Where do coaching sessions take place?

All coaching sessions are via Zoom so you can work with Dalena from anywhere. The session itself is virtual, but the prep is built around whatever format you’re walking into.

Do you prep for on-site or in-person interviews and presentations?

Yes. Plenty of leadership interviews and presentations are still on-site, especially final rounds, executive searches, board meetings, and client pitches. For in-person interviews, we’ll prep for how you enter the room, handle handshakes and small talk, project executive presence, read body language, and adjust on the fly. For in-person presentations, we’ll work on how you use the room, hold audience attention, and read the energy in front of you. Whether you’re walking into a virtual session, an on-site session, or a mix of both, the coaching is tuned to d the format you’re preparing for.

What's your refund policy?

The complimentary consultation is the moment to confirm we’re a good fit. Full payment is due up front. The process will begin once payment has fully cleared. Fees are nonrefundable once the project has begun.


